Well Established Country Store and Cafe located in the mountains of north Georgia on the outskirts of Blairsville. Located on the main highway between Hiawassee and downtown Blairsville. Lease includes log cabin building, and barn, sitting on prime highway front real estate on Highway 515 (state road 76) in Blairsville. Owned facilities that include; huge red storage building and covered carport.
Leased Facilities: __Large main log cabin has aprox 1,200 square feet of retail space, a kitchen and two restrooms. This building also has a large covered porch and beautiful stone fireplace which is used in the winter and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
__The second building is an old barn. People often stop by to photograph these buildings. The barn has 450 square feet of retail space and is one large room that has lots of potential for many things. It also has a bathroom. Currently this building is used primarily for furniture and antiques.
__There is also an additional 220 square foot storage area next to the barn currently being used as a wood shop, and is negotiable.

This is a high visibility store and is located on a high traffic road in a small town, offering an eclectic and unique range of offerings including antiques, horse tack, local made custom crafts, antique and vintage inspired home goods and a breakfast, lunch, and bakery food. It also offers a mini petting farm which includes goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, and some rabbits and has many small farm animals available for purchase as well.
Growth & Expansion:.......... The County is currently working on a project to widen the road and possibly add turning lanes due to an expected increase of tourism traffic to the area. There is also a new Casino about 30 minutes up the road which recently opened and is increasing interest and traffic in the area. There is a lot of growth and development in the local area, with several other commercial businesses having opened within a couple of miles this past year. There are also many Marketing and Advertising opportunities that have not yet been utilized.
